| SALES TAX |
| 1) C.S.T. @ 1% AGAINST Form “C” otherwise C.S.T. @ 13.75% will be charged ( If dispatched from Baddi, HP ) |
| 2) C.S.T. @ 2% AGAINST Form “C” otherwise C.S.T. @ 12.50% will be charged ( If dispatched from Delhi) |

| PACKING CHARGES : Packing charges will be extra, if order value is less than Rs. 15,000/- |
|
| OCTROI : Octroi will be paid by Consignee, wherever is applicable. |
|
| POSTAGE CHARGES : Rs. 30.00 will be charged extra per Invoice. |
|
| DELIVERY : We will supply you the material within 15 days from the date of order received alongwith the payment (Draft or At par cheque, payable at Chandhigarh (U.T.) / delhi otherwise will be booked through bank. |

| GENERAL CONDITION |
| 1. Goods once sold, will not be taken back. However, in case of any manufacturing defects observed with in three months from the date of despatch the goods are accepted back for free replacement. |
| 2. Bankers’ details, TIN Sales Tax ( C.S.T) Registration Number , PAN Number and State Govt. Sales Tax (GST/ LST) Registration Number with date of validity must clearly be mentioned in every order. Order must be accompanied by a Road Permit ( wherever is applicable) , and “C” form of previous years also, to ensure prompt supply. |
| 3. All dispute (s), will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nalagarh Distt. Solan/Delhi Courts only |
| 4. No claims for shortage or damage of the goods will be considered, if the complaint is not lodged within 10 days from the date of receipt of consignment ( Shortage certificate from the carriers / Transporter must be obtained in case of shortage/open delivery). |
| 5. All price are subject to change without serving any Notice. Any increase in Governent Taxes, etc. will be borne by buyers |
